Hi! I'm Halo, a BCBA who genuinely gets excited about effective treatment, meaningful progress, and helping others discover what makes behavior change work. I love taking complex ABA concepts and turning them into practical strategies that produce real results for learners, families, and staff. Whether it's developing skill acquisition programs, troubleshooting challenging behaviors, or mentoring future behavior analysts,I'm passionate about using data-driven decision making to create positive outcomes. My favorite part of the field is helping others build confidence in their clinical skills and celebrating those moments when everything "clicks" and progress starts to happen.When we combine strong clinical practices with creativity, collaboration, and compassion, amazing things can happen and that's what keeps me excited about ABA every day.

I earned my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, graduating with distinction, and completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Michigan. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside several respected leaders in the ABA field, experiences that have shaped my clinical approach and commitment to high-quality supervision.I believe supervision should extend far beyond simply accumulating fieldwork hours. My goal is to help trainees connect BACB fieldwork competencies and exam content to real clinical situations so they develop the critical thinking, clinical judgment, and practical skills necessary for long-term success. I strive to create a well-rounded experience that reflects the realities of practicing as a behavior analyst while fostering confidence, ethical decision-making, and strong professional repertoires.
